WHAT IS FIT?

FIT is a dynamic new way to train outdoors. It is a mix of functional and HIIT style workouts done in a team. Be prepared to work hard, have fun with your friends and get results.

Membership Options

We currently are working in conjunction with Sport Passport which provides a number of sporting activities and fitness offerings each week. If you simply wish to attend FIT each week, ensure you select an appropriate option that includes FIT.

FIT provides a really good workout. It is not just cardio but strength-based training as well. It is a great way to socialise and the team environment makes you work that little bit harder also.

Catch-up with friends and make new ones. Our workouts are designed to promote teamwork, cameraderie and motivate you to achieve your potential.

 

 EVIDENCE BASED

Our team of exercise physiologists, personal trainers and our FIT physiotherapist have designed all our workouts bringing together the best strength and conditioning science with what we know works in practice. We have also sought guidance from a cardiologist in developing our workouts to drive endurance and cardiovascular outcomes.
