TRL FIT is designed by a Physiotherapist along with our group of Exercise Physiologists and Personal Trainers. We have also sought the guidance of a Cardiologist to deliver workouts that promote cardio-vascular endurance, strength and speed.
TRL FIT sessions will deliver a challenging workout regardless of your fitness level.
